Welcome to AIML-Learn Pvt. Ltd.’s AI/ML & Generative AI Coaching Platform (“Platform”). By accessing or using our website, services, or course materials, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for, accessing, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, do not use our services.

2. Eligibility

Our courses are intended for professionals and learners aged 14 and older. By registering, you confirm that you meet the eligibility requirements.

3. Course Access and Usage

• Course access is granted on a per-user basis and may not be shared.

• You agree not to record, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display course materials without explicit written consent.

• Access to live sessions and content may be revoked if misuse or violation of these terms is identified.

4. Payments, Refunds, and Financial Policies

• Payment Timing: All payments must be completed prior to course commencement unless otherwise agreed.

• Refund Policy: The registration fee is refundable within 15 days of the course start date. Refund requests must be submitted via email from the student's registered email address. Approved refunds will be processed and credited within 14 days of receiving the written request.

• No-Refund Period: No refunds will be granted after 15 days from the course commencement date.

• EMI Schemes: For participants utilizing no-cost EMI schemes (3-month or 6-month plans), all installments must be paid by the 7th of each month.

• Consequences of Non-Payment: AIML-Learn Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to suspend classes for students who fail to pay within 10 days of the due date. Suspended students will have no access to live classes, recorded lectures, community participation, or certification. Additionally, they forfeit the right to retake the course after one year from the date of closure.

• Missed Sessions: Missed sessions are not eligible for refund but may be rescheduled at the instructor’s discretion.

5. Scholarship Policy

All scholarships are granted at the sole discretion of the management. AIML-Learn Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to grant, review, or revoke any scholarship or financial aid at any time based on participant performance, adherence to the code of conduct, or changes in internal policy.

6. Intellectual Property

All course materials, including videos, documents, presentations, and code samples, are the intellectual property of AIML-Learn Pvt. Ltd. or its content creators. Use of this material is limited to personal educational purposes only.

7. Code of Conduct

Participants are expected to:

• Engage respectfully during sessions and in forums.

• Not harass or discriminate against instructors or other learners.

• Avoid plagiarism and uphold academic integrity. We reserve the right to remove any participant for misconduct without refund.

8. Modifications to the Service

We reserve the right to change or discontinue any course, module, or feature at our discretion. We will notify registered users of significant changes when feasible.

9. Force Majeure

AIML-Learn Pvt. Ltd. shall not be held liable for any delay or failure to perform any part of the services due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, cyber-attacks, labor strikes, civil disturbances, government orders, pandemics, power outages, or internet service disruptions. In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to resume services as soon as practicable.

10. Limitation of Liability

AIML-Learn Pvt. Ltd. is not liable for:

• Technical interruptions beyond our control.

• Decisions made based on course content.

• Any incidental or consequential damages resulting from course participation.

11. Privacy

Your data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties without consent, except where legally required.

12. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Pune, Maharashtra.

13. Instructor Authority on Curriculum

The instructor reserves the right to modify, restructure, or expand the course curriculum at any time during the course duration. Such changes may include additions, deletions, or re-sequencing of topics, assignments, or delivery formats. These adjustments are made solely in the interest of enhancing the quality of instruction, optimizing learning outcomes, and responding to the evolving needs of the cohort. Learners will be notified of significant changes in a timely manner.

14. Course Completion Requirements

Completion of the course is contingent upon the participant’s regular engagement with and timely completion of all assigned coursework, including homework assignments. The course provider shall bear no responsibility or liability for any failure to complete the course or achieve desired outcomes due to the participant’s non-compliance with these requirements.
