13. Instructor Authority on Curriculum

The instructor reserves the right to modify, restructure, or expand the course curriculum at any time during the course duration. Such changes may include additions, deletions, or re-sequencing of topics, assignments, or delivery formats. These adjustments are made solely in the interest of enhancing the quality of instruction, optimizing learning outcomes, and responding to the evolving needs of the cohort. Learners will be notified of significant changes in a timely manner.

14. Course Completion Requirements: Completion of the course is contingent upon the participant’s regular engagement with and timely completion of all assigned coursework, including homework assignments. The course provider shall bear no responsibility or liability for any failure to complete the course or achieve desired outcomes due to the participant’s non-compliance with these requirements.
